Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Carrick apps and websites, including GambarLah. By using our products you agree to these Terms.
The service
GambarLah is an iOS camera and photo experience provided “as is.” We may update features, change free limits, or discontinue the app with reasonable notice where required.
Accounts & purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions (GambarLah+) are processed by Apple via the App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
- Weekly / Yearly — auto-renewing subscriptions until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime — a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks GambarLah+ features permanently on eligible Apple devices with the same Apple ID (subject to Apple family sharing rules where enabled).
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer beyond what the law allows, or use the service for unlawful content.
Intellectual property
Carrick, GambarLah, and related branding are ours. Photos you create remain yours. You grant us no ownership of your images.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carrick disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in other regions may have mandatory local rights that prevail.
