Carrick (“we”, “us”) builds consumer apps that respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
- Photos you create in GambarLah — stored on your device. We do not upload your photo library to Carrick servers.
- Purchase status — handled by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We receive entitlement signals (e.g. whether GambarLah+ is active), not your payment card details.
- Support email — if you write to us, we keep the content of that conversation to help you.
- Website — our site may collect standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages visited) via our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To provide and improve GambarLah and related services
- To restore purchases and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support requests
- To maintain security and prevent abuse
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, Apple for payments, or our web host for the website), under appropriate safeguards.
Data retention
Photos remain under your control on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
Children
GambarLah is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@carrick.my to make a request.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the apps or site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
